These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the conditions under which Reflectiv markets products under the Adheazy brand. Adheazy is a commercial brand operated by Reflectiv. These GTC govern all sales made under the Adheazy brand.
These GTC apply to professional customers and consumers. Some provisions may differ depending on the customer's status.
The contract consists of the signed quote and these GTC. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.
Orders can be placed online, by email, or by signed quote and become final after company validation.
Prices are expressed in euros excluding taxes. The applicable price is the one on the accepted quote.
Adheazy products have a specific pricing grid. Reflectiv conditions do not automatically apply.
Different grids apply based on category: France, Export, Professional, Wholesale (France/Export).
Reserved for resale professionals, subject to a minimum of 10 rolls per order.
Grids vary based on volume, frequency, category, and logistics.
Payment is made in full before shipment (bank transfer or card).
Late payment incurs a €40 fee, ECB rate + 10 points interest, and an 8% penalty.
Transport is included for mainland France. Costs vary for other destinations.
The company may modify technical characteristics and prices at any time.
Installation or cutting constitutes final acceptance of the product.
Slight variations in color/texture between production batches do not constitute a defect.
The customer must verify product compatibility with the application surface.
Plastics like plexiglas may outgas causing bubbles. The company is not liable.
A test on a small surface is recommended before full application.
Store in a dry place (15-25°C), away from sunlight and moisture.
Films must be used within 12 months of delivery.
Application is the sole responsibility of the installer.
Customers must verify glazing compatibility before installation.
Wait for the paint to completely dry before application.
If a defect is found, stop installation immediately.
Once installed on a significant area, the product is deemed accepted.
For multiple orders for one project, verify batch compatibility.
Complaints must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Liability is limited to product replacement or refund.
Performances are indicative and vary based on usage conditions.
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw (excludes custom products).
Requires written agreement. No refunds; only 1-year credit notes.
Accepted returns incur a €30 (excl. tax) fee per roll.
Customers benefit from legal conformity and hidden defect warranties.
Data is processed according to the GDPR.
Disputes are subject to the Commercial Court of Créteil.
